Trade Mission Registration – Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Trade Mission organised by Atty & Partners, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

  • Participation is open to registered companies, entrepreneurs, business representatives, and professionals approved by Atty & Partners LLC. Final acceptance remains at the sole discretion of the organisers.

Payment & Fees

  • Early Bird: €2,950 per participant (NL Edition) / $3,900 per participant (International Edition).
  • Regular: €3,495 per participant (NL Edition) / $4,495 per participant (International Edition).

Full payment must be received within 3 working days of registration confirmation.

A second delegate from the same company may participate at a reduced rate of +€749 (NL Edition) or +$949 (International Edition), subject to availability and prior approval.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless the organisers cancel the programme.
  • If a participant withdraws after confirmation, no refund will be issued.
  • A replacement delegate from the same company may be nominated (with prior approval).

Programme Changes

  • The organisers reserve the right to adjust the schedule, venues, and activities if required.
  • All reasonable efforts will be made to provide equivalent alternatives.

Travel & Accommodation

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, accommodation, and insurance.
  • The organisers may provide recommendations but accept no liability for arrangements made.

Liability

  • The organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the mission.
  • Delegates are advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance.

Consent to Communication

  • By registering, participants consent to receiving updates and communication related to the trade mission.

Data Protection

  • Participant information will be used solely for the purposes of organising the trade mission and will not be shared without consent.

Media Consent

  • By registering, participants grant Atty & Partners the right to capture and use photographs, video recordings, and other media from trade mission activities for promotional and informational purposes.
